I hope this article from the Brennan Center for Justice might act like a soothing balm for jangled nerves I’m seeing around here. When RS gave this story traction they kinda didn’t mention working guard rails are in place. I’ve read that every case of refusing to certify an election since 2020 that found its was to Court lost.
