There's an entirely separate issue about if the techbros who make AI decide to hide stuff in their EULAs to give the company some rights over content it produces.
Given than most AI LLMs are trained on stolen intellectual property - scraping the internet without regard to copyright ownership - I would not put it past some amoral venture-backed IP troll to try and pull a fast one and then sue thousands of amateur writers and artists into paying exorbitant license fees.
