Somewhere late 2020 I started treating trading a bit more seriously and take down notes. I have notes for every single week since, almost four years worth. I don't think I have missed a week.
It's amusing to go back and read through them. What I did in 2020 looks nothing like what it is today but evolution is part of the game. Taking notes is one of the things you MUST to do if you want to succeed in this. Take notes, track your trades, review, and adapt!
