I was looking at librarian salaries in the UK the other day... It was WILD. Some librarians are getting paid only like 25k. Like these people are organising, managing and maintaining our books, and we're just like "eh, barely worth anything".
Then again tho, I feel the same about Healthcare Assistants. These people are the people who look after your elderly relative in a care home, yet they only get paid like £11 an hour at best.
