I have pondered this question since the #Immunity decision issued by #SCOTUS #SCOTUS6 Not a lawyer or legal scholar. Despite that, no legal scholar has answered/addressed if the Constitution provides the power to #SCOTUS to eliminate #crimianlimmunity to any citizen.
If it DOES state that "no man is above the law", then how would it be possible to trash the Constitution and establish a law contrary to it. Previous law has argued against such action by this court.
