I don't know where the fuckup happened but this person should not have been discharged. I was in the chart later trying to figure it out and my working theory is they *were* stable at the time the discharge was booked but between then and when they got home the infection they were in there for the first place came back. Because they were warm to the touch, tachycardic, weak and clearly altered mentally at the house.
