It's not too hard, though, is it? People who think that GCSE Computer Science is too hard should look at a higher-tier Maths paper. There is something strange going on with the grading, though, in that it's too easy to get a middling grade. Last year I remember marking the mocks and students were getting a 4 or 5 without really demonstrating much specialist knowledge, but then the pedantry of the mark scheme could deny knowledgeable students some of the higher grades.
