Joe Biden proposes to reform the #supremecourt. Individual judges would be nominated every two years for terms limited to 18 years. No more lifetime appointments! Supreme Court judges would also have to obey a binding code of conduct in place of the current voluntary ethics code. Finally, Joe Biden is calling for a constitutional amendment called the No One Is Above the Law Amendment. This will require huge wins in the House and Senate.
