I've had a realisation that makes me pessimistic about legal attacks on the copyright laundering system ("AI").
Among other roles, there are creators and decision makers. Creators are people who write stuff, draw stuff, generally providing input to AI, with the aim of it replacing them.
CEOs are decision makers. They decide things like "should I rip off people's work?". They don't produce material that will be stolen by AI.
Judges are in the decision-maker class. We're screwed.
