i was a morbidly obese teenager and as soon as i went to college i dropped literally a third of my weight in the span of a year and have kept it off in the decade and a half since. when i look in the mirror i swear to fuck i literally see myself at my highest weight, not imagining it, actually seeing it. not even like woe is me, its just my mundane reality. ive been at my current weight over seven times longer than i was at my lifetime highest weight what the hell brain, im hittin f5 and yet??
