I'm currently expected to do the work of three people at my job:
-my regular work
-the closer's work (because neither of them do their jobs)
-my boss's job (fielding complaints about the closers lack of performance)
Based on my current pay rate ( bear in mind, year 2 is one month away...and I STILL haven't gotten my first year's review), my pay for doing three people's work should be $49.14/hr.
That'd be a nice chunk of change, right? Fair compensation too, yes?
