And so it continues. Spent all morning (again) trying to install a program on hubby's new comp, but it needed a registration key.
Once I had bought the program, in his name, they sent him an email with the key... which he proceeded to open as a txt file, thus corrupting it.
(The email they sent specifically said, do NOT open the key as a text file.)
At this point I am giving up and he will have to contact their support to get a replacement registration key.
My coffee is cold, again. :(
