Supreme Court rejects challenge to federal workplace safety agency, leaving OSHA off its docket // REALLY good news.
Republican attorneys general were hoping the ultraconservative #SCOTUS would take up the challenge to OSHA’s role in protecting workers safety. Don McGhan, who was President Donald Trump’s first White House counsel, was the challenger. Only Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch wanted to take the case, and it takes 4 votes. #WorkerSafety
