Well...I refuse to wear a fleece in July so I'll be waiting to go out on the bike for another hour...steam is coming off my coffee so it is a little cool in here...I did try to double what I eat yesterday and I feel much better from it...curious to see how that translates to the bike today...not really too sore today and I hope that holds for the three rides today...need to get an s bend for the front downspout so I may hit depot later...would be a good project for today...need to hit HF
