While I know that healthcare in the US can be pretty bad, I want to urge people who are feeling ill to seek REAL medical attention and REAL medicine. I could pump myself up with vitamin C and zinc and whatever other “natural remedies“ people push on me, but in the end, if the problem is an infection, real medicine can cure it better and faster than anything else. This is especially true for older people like me. Why suffer when you don’t have to? #health
