In the last 48 hours the Supreme Court has radically transformed the relationships between the judiciary, the executive, and Congress. Contrary to the finely tuned balance of the Constitution, the Roberts Court has anointed the judiciary as the ascendant branch of government. The person of the president—not the executive branch—is nearly omnipotent in Roberts’ schema. Congress has been neutered. #Chevron
