I got about 2 hours of sleep last night, mostly because my boat started making a new noise every 2 1/2 minutes. After thinking about it for most of the night, I suspect that it’s my new bilge pump, which is supposed to run every 2 1/2 minutes but normally sounds very different. So now I have to wonder, until I actually “look under the hood,“ whether the new bilge pump has failed.
For Pete’s sake! I have a week left in this 470-day trip. Couldn’t the bilge pump hold on for another 7 days? 🙄
