Well...that was a mess...thousands of runners on the trail so I did a lot of road riding to get the first ride in...so I think I'll sit here and have coffee while watching the first stage of the Tour de France...the funny thing is that I'm not annoyed at all...it's nice to have things going on in my small town..but, I'm glad I switched over to riding the bike from running...never really liked running and I always came away from it sore...very seldom sore on the bike...good morning! again
