Well...darn, it's 7:15 and I need to get on the bike by 7:30 to get the day started...think I slept okay but I sure don't feel like it right now...felt really crappy all day yesterday and that continues today...would love to crawl back into bed or stay on the couch but that won't happen...there is a running race out here that will clog up the trails this morning along with an art fair downtown so it will be a busy day here...not sure if I'm going to walk down to see it...good morning!
