Our central air conditioning quit yesterday when the temperature was 109 degrees F. Fortunately, being the pack rat that I am, I had kept one of our old window a/c units, so I pulled it out of the storage shed and put it back into service, so at least we had cool air in the bedroom overnight. My car jacks came in handy too, lol. Fortunately, the a/c repair guy was here early this morning and had us fixed by 9 a.m. 😍
