There's no place like #home.
Morning view from my deck. The foreground is in the shadow of the cliffs south of my home; this view looks northwest. For the next month and a half, I'll get less and less direct sun on my property until I get none at all for about 6 weeks. (This is the main reason I always go south for the winter.) Then the sun starts coming back.
I'm going to try to stay home all winter, but I'm starting to consider a road trip to Arizona in January. We'll see.
