I think the term "sexual needs" is contradictory and ultimately mysogynistic.
Food and water are needs, sex is not. Sex is an urge to procreate, but it's not required to live.
Human rights are centered on what people need for a safe and dignified life, but framing sex as a need overlaps with this concept. If sex is a need, then it's also a right. Which it clearly isn't.
In other words, "sexual needs" implies the toxic notion that women are obliged to meet mens' desire for sex.
