I suspect the #microsoft #azure and #crowdstrike outage is caused by the antivirus detecting an OS critical file as infected.
When it attempts to isolate the file it can crash the system.
If it has happened to you and you can access the files on the system via a live OS, recovery or whatever go in and delete the AV executable/rename the directory or something.
If that is what is wrong you should be able to boot the system if the file hasn't been deleted or corrupted. 🤞🏻
