One mistake people often make is believing the #Constitution vests the judicial power in the #SupremeCourt. But that's not true. The Constitution vests the judicial power in the Supreme Court and any other courts made by law. So there's no basis to the view that the Supreme Court is the final word of the judiciary. And the Constitution in fact says the opposite.
