The 8yr old boy next door is arguing with his dad in a rude and dismissive way. The dad is trying to reason with him saying it's school tomorrow. Why they've let him stay up til this time I don't know (22.42hrs UK time). He goes to a private school, and it shows in his lack of discipline and lack of manners. The boy spends his whole time indoors playing video games except for football practice on Sunday. I see trouble ahead. #neighbours
