The President needs to immediately raise taxes on billionaires and billion dollar corporations to 1950 levels.
He doesn't need congressional approval. The court can’t stop him. The consent of the people isn’t required and if they don't like it they can vote against him, but he doesn't have to leave office if he doesn't want to. He is immune.
