Well...I took it easy with only doing 25 miles on the bike yesterday and I feel pretty guilty about it...but, I'll be back to 38 today and I'll get started here in in 10 minutes after I finish the first cup of coffee...I laughed when the weather widget on my screen said "rain coming"...it hasn't rained here in three weeks and it's not going to rain today...it's 74 and humid here tight now and it's going to be a sticky one today...already sweating just sitting here...good morning!
