Fortunately, The Los Angeles Community College District did not appeal the decision to the Supreme Court. However, in the future, a case relating to the ADA may come to the Supreme Court where the defendants argue that they did not intentionally discriminate. Also, the Chevron Decision may invalidate the new ADA rule that uses WCAG 2.1.
