Trump break with cons is centered on presidency, what scotus tried to normalize. So he would have power against gov, legislative and judicial. His power is fbi (&ice) and military. He can declare immigrants invasion and deploy military within country. He can declare pol opponents in treason. I wld expect Cheney’s to favor presidential immunity but she talks about constitution & democracy (her father was indifferent during wars). Obvsly Trump is not fit commander in chief.
