I'm actually impressed how excited people are for #KamalaHarris. I thought Biden leaving would fuck everything up, but people seem energized by this. I still hope Biden stays involved in the progressive causes he's championed as Beau had wanted, but now he can be free to do that in a lower pressure role after presidency. Maybe Harris will appoint him to her cabinet or as an advisor? Or maybe he'll make a PAC. I know he's an elder but many elders want to stay occupied.
