The vessel Adventuress beam reaching across the Puget Sound a few days ago.
The vessel is used to educate and inspire people about the marine environment and https://www.soundexp.org/ is doing great work for the community.
The 133 foot sailing vessel Adventuress launched in 1913 in East Boothbay, Maine, for luxury and adventure by Bowdoin B. Crowninshield is shown here on a beam reach across the Puget Sound in Washington State. Waters are rippled by a light wind and deep blue, sky is clear and bright. The full set of white sails are reflected on the water.
