`npm ci` works but `npm build` does not - it has to be `npm run build`. Where are the logic and the consequences in the public interface?
Please do not get me wrong, npm is great! Although these little small things remind me each time of some alternative solutions while developing.

please work on your CLI interface and make it more unified & polished.
