Oh I know I should just 'move on' etc, but I'm not as resilient as I used to be and the punishments feel really personal and undeserved. It reminded me of my mother's inexplicable overt hostility towards me which became ever more obvious over the last 15ys or so...it shocked me and made me think I really did have something fundamentally wrong with me that I just couldn't see. It's also a betrayal of trust...I trusted those sites and felt safe enough, but I was very very wrong.
