Well...eating more yesterday really worked on the bike today...my legs felt great all the way and I had tons of energy...but now my conundrum is balancing needing to lose more weight and still eating enough to feel good...that's going to be complicated...I do need to get started scrubbing all the siding this week...it looks so nice and shiny when I do but the last time I did it it took 4 days to do it all...and I'm two years older now...maybe I'll pace myself a little this time...ha, ha
