Got out of bed a bit early this morning to start a batch of #bread before breakfast. Just a rare ordinary dried-yeast bread today!
When you make #sourdough all the time for many years, you really see the value that commercial dried yeast must've brought to homes.
The breadmaking is very fast and predictable. You can go from start to fully-baked loaves in 2hrs, with virtually no coaxing or problem solving along the way.
