Interesting... how each different registry name those who maintain packages: Python (pypi.org) calls them "Maintainers" and Node (npmjs.com) calls them "Collaborators" which is similar, but Rust (crates.io) calls them "Owners" which is really interesting, seems like influenced by its memory ownership features. The most interesting one is Golang (pkg.go.dev) which doesn't mention them at all. Googlers are trying to be neutral here, so they don't even show package usage stats to public.
