Chapter 8 of Troll War is finished.

It's troll vs. dwarf, on seemingly even terms, since both sides are in war-riders, but the trolls lack the military discipline of King Windmaker's troops.

The troll leader's war-rider is damaged and she's burned by steam.

Knowing she'll never heal, she charges him suicidally, smashing the window of his war-rider, but he bests her in hand to hand and takes her head!
