The potential issue here is whether it's sabotage, or whether it's worsening maintenance and a lack of proper ballbearings... one of the weaknesses of the Russian supply chain. There's been serious speculation that their system - which has been running HARD since the shift in trade during the war - might start to have these kinds of problems more frequently.
