Seeing the implementation of the DMA and how it only applies to non-EU companies I think this is good news.
Asking to comply with the "spirit of the law" instead of the “letter of the law” is wrong.
Also, I can't believe that iPadOS should be considered gatekeeper when it hasn't the minium users due it's impact for business but Spotify can act freely despite having more than half of the market.
