In my CS research project, a multiagent simulation in C using pthreads might do the trick.
But the mechanism and strategies should be justified game-theoretically.
How long (using a thread-local counter) should a passenger agent wait before cancelling the trip?
What's the price threshold below which a driver agent rejects a trip?
At what rate should the Uber agent increase or decrease the price for given source location?
Simulating is comparatively easy. Making sense of the phenomena isn't.
