Most people know that I’m Apple through and through but I needed a new toy so I picked up a Samsung S24. Wanted it ‘right now’ so bought retail (terrible experience) Then the phone is in the box upside down?! Like on purpose? You open the box and the first thing you see is the back of the phone? Who designed this?
Then on first boot the phone crashes.
