It was a big batch - I don't measure things nor use a recipe, so just generally shoot for a vague target like small, medium or large amount of dough. This time it was just under three kilos.
Had to do one portion as a loaf-pan formed guy as my ceramic-tile baking surface was all spoken for.
A stack of bread is shown on a cooling rack. Four loaves make up the batch. A round boule is sitting on top of the others.
