My ISP sent me a survey asking how likely I am to recommend it... it's a cable ISP... I mean, like... if your only alternative is DSL then sure? But if you have the option of fiber then go for that? And if you wanna be the most recommended ISP then be the one that offers fiber? But even then it's not a question of recommendation? It's like, a monopoly?
I'm not likely to recommend much when it comes to infrastructure. Get the one that plugs into your house.
