I recently found out about #bearblog as an alternative, no-frills, no bs, writing platform, I think I'll use it as a backup if #writeas ever goes down.
I will however, be using it for a new blogging column that's just came toe: Internet Saints. Back in Appalachia we had Folk Saints, people remembered for the interesting and extraordinary things they did, for ever immortalized in loving memory and still called on for assistance.
It's just an interesting idea I came up with.
