#FootpathFriday is a thing!
This is a path on the contour of a steep slope above Lake Atitlán in Guatemala. The slope is also a crop field (una milpa) with the remnants of the corn and squash crops. (December 2013)

A more panoramic view. The telephone pole was definitely leaning back into the slope. Just to the right of the pole, the path is visible as it rounds the bend along the contour. The lake below, and the far shore in the distance.
