Day one of no ultra processed foods month*.
So far so good. I set the bread maker up last night and could smell fresh bread when I woke up. Then I made gluten free biscotti which worked better than expected.
Mr CP and I have weighed ourselves to see if anything changes. Not expecting it to tbh.
Need to work out how to make acceptable wraps for littlest next.
*not sure how long the family will play nicely with this. Lack of Fanta might cause issues…
