I have my days for the rest of the week pretty meticulously planned out. I have that to cling to, and even if I don't follow it to the letter (number?) the structure is helpful, among other coping skills, at keeping disordered thinking at bay and staying on track with processing things.
I have projects that don't relate to the flaming dumpster fire that is my life, so the intermittent distraction from that will be welcome. I know everyone is miserable in this heat, but I do so love it.
