Fairness does not mean "no competitive advantage." We already consider large competitive advantages as "fair." Fairness means trans women competing as women.

2015 - 2nd IOC Policy (November 2015)

IOC removes surgery and 2 year waiting period. Trans women must demonstrate suppressed testosterone, and maintain suppression < 10nMol/L

2018 - 14,1650 More Olympians

No Transgender Athlete has qualified under the 2003 policy or the 2015 policy has been in effect.

2019 54,442 Olympians 

No transgender athletes has ever qualified for an Olympic games since the October 2003, and the November 2015 Updated policy
