I made gluten-free pizza for my mom last night. She loves pizza more than anything. Shrimp, fresh basil and a crushed tomato and garlic sauce. I used Bob's Red Mill pizza dough mix. It is good, though a bit more like scratch biscuits than pizza dough. 425F for 16 minutes.
