I can see where a high-end restaurant would want to use these, as they have amazing flavour, but are all the same size/colour/taste.
Would I buy them again? Locally, we get pretty amazing strawberries during the season, so probably not. They are however, available out of season (they're basically lab grown), so… maybe??
It occurred to me however, that Bill can probably eat these. Sometimes he can struggle with chewing 'normal' strawberries, and I worry he'll choke one day.
